Hello all you terrific people,

Thanks for your attendance and help at our LOVE EVENT on Feb. 14. We think it went well and certainly drew everyone’s attention to our plan to love our city with no strings attached.
The next thing we need to cooperate on is for each individual church to start doing some mini “kindness” projects in the city in order not to lose the momentum. We encourage you to mobilize your congregations to take some muffins to the teachers lounge, or gather up some grocery carts, or feed some parking meters on Thursday nights, or volunteer at Joe’s Place, or…. Let us know what acts of love you get involved in. We want to be excited with you.
Our Plan is to be in the parade on June 18 and we need lots of willing people, young and old to hand out bottles of water to the crowd that day Then on Saturday June 20 we’d like to have as many free car washes as possible around the city. Please let us know if you can be involved. We are going to have simple generic business cards to hand out to people to explain what we’re doing.
NEXT- we need to have your Love Moose Jaw T-shirt ORDERS ASAP. Please call Keith at the Alliance Church 692-4616. We only have about 100 available so we need to get more ordered as soon as we know how many you need.
Let’s do this together as the church of Jesus Christ and let the city know that we care.
